Cancellation Policy

Bookings are made through Turo. The following policy applies to all trips.

Free Cancellation
Cancel 24+ hours before trip start — full refund, no charge.

Booked within 25 hours of start? You have 1 hour after booking to cancel free.
Late Cancellation
Cancel less than 24 hours before start — a fee applies:

Trip > 2 days: 1 day's cost charged
Trip ≤ 2 days: 50% of 1 day charged
No-Show
No-show = guest doesn't cancel and doesn't arrive within 30 min of start.

Trip > 2 days: 2 days' cost
Trip ≤ 2 days: 75% of 1 day
✈ Flight Delay / Cancellation
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, message the host immediately. If we can't reschedule, Turo issues a full refund. You must notify at least 1 hour before trip start and provide airline documentation.
Early Returns
No refund for early returns unless you request a trip shortening through Turo and the host accepts it before the original end time.
All cancellations must be processed through the Turo app or website — messaging the host alone does not cancel a booking. Policy based on Turo's official cancellation policy.
