We deliver to O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) for a flat $120. Include the flight number in your booking or quote request and we'll track it, so a delayed arrival doesn't leave your team waiting on a van that isn't there yet.
We regularly serve traffic headed to McCormick Place, downtown Chicago, The Loop and Rosemont for conventions and business events. A few practical notes: plan your parking at the venue before pickup day, load time is easiest outside downtown rush hours (roughly 7–9 AM and 4–6 PM), and if you'll have more than one authorized driver rotating through the trip, list them all when you book.
Short trips (1–3 days) book directly through the form above at the standard daily rate. For a week-long project rental or a longer monthly arrangement, request a custom quote below — rates for extended rentals are worked out directly rather than shown in the instant online calculator.

There's no separate flat "corporate rate" for short rentals — pricing is per day and varies by van and date. Use the form above for an exact number, or request a custom quote below for multi-day, weekly or monthly rentals. Every rental includes 250 miles per day ($0.35/mile after that), a $200 reservation deposit (part of the trip total, paid to confirm), a $400 refundable security deposit (charged around pickup, released after return and inspection), and two free additional drivers ($20/day per driver after that). Airport delivery is a flat $120. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are refunded in full; late returns beyond a 1-hour grace period are billed as an extra day. Every driver on the booking needs a valid driver's license. Payment is by credit or debit card for the $200 reservation deposit and $400 security deposit. We currently process payment directly through Stripe — we don't support purchase orders or net-30 invoicing, but we're happy to provide a receipt for your accounting or reimbursement needs.
If your company books with us more than occasionally, it's worth staying in touch directly — repeat bookings go faster once we already know your typical passenger counts, preferred pickup times and authorized drivers. Mention it in a quote request and we can talk through what a standing arrangement would look like.
Worth being direct about this: FamilyVan Chicago is a self-drive rental. You or an authorized member of your team drives the van — we don't provide a driver. If you specifically need a chauffeured vehicle, this isn't the right fit; if you're comfortable having your own people drive, self-drive is usually the more flexible and lower-cost option for a business group.
