Your Privacy

Plain-language answers about what happens to the information you share when you book.

Information We Collect

When you get a quote or book a van, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and return dates, vehicle choice, pickup/delivery preference, and any trip notes you provide. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers.

How We Use It

We use your information to check availability, calculate your price, process your reservation, send booking confirmations and follow-up invoices, and contact you about your rental. We only contact you about your booking — we do not send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is shared only as needed to run your booking — for example with Stripe to process your payment.

Rental Policy FAQs

Quick answers to the most common policy questions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that, up until 72 hours before pickup, the $200 deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. Reservations within 72 hours of pickup can't be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

How much mileage is included?

250 free miles per rental day. Additional miles are billed at $0.35/mile.

What deposits are required?

A $200 reservation deposit at booking, and a separate $500 refundable security deposit authorized at pickup and released within 3 business days after return, minus any tolls, fines, or damage.

Who can drive the van?

Only the driver named on the booking may drive the van. Drivers must be 25 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and carry their own primary liability insurance.

What happens if I return the van late?

There's a 1-hour grace period on return. Late returns beyond that are billed as an additional full rental day.
