There's no separate flat weekly or monthly package rate in our system — pricing for an extended rental is worked out based on your actual dates, estimated mileage and the season, which is why the form above asks for a quote rather than showing an instant number. Once we have your details, you'll get an exact figure, not a rough estimate.

Worth being precise here: our fleet is full-size 10-passenger vans (Ford Transit and Chevrolet Express class), not compact minivans like a Honda Odyssey. We call the site "FamilyVan" and use "minivan" in places because that's the term most people search for, but for a rental you might be living out of for weeks, it matters that these are larger vehicles — genuinely more headroom, legroom and cargo space than a minivan, with air conditioning and climate control throughout.
The standard mileage allowance is 250 miles per rental day, with extra miles billed at $0.35 each — that adds up over weeks, so for an extended rental it's worth telling us your estimated mileage up front so we can talk through whether a different mileage plan makes more sense for your trip. We don't offer unlimited mileage. On top of the per-day rate: a $200 reservation deposit (confirms the booking), a $400 refundable security deposit (charged around pickup, released after return and inspection), and standard sales tax. Airport delivery is a flat $120. Two additional drivers are included free; each driver after that is $20/day.

We're a small, local, family-run operation — you'll be talking to the people who actually run the fleet, not a call center reading a script.
Contact us before your scheduled return date to ask about extending. If the van isn't already reserved by someone else for those next dates, we'll requote the new end date and, if needed, take a new payment authorization for the extended period. Give us as much notice as you can — availability isn't guaranteed, especially heading into a busy season.
We deliver to O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) for a flat $120. Include your flight number in the quote request or booking form and we'll track it, so a delayed arrival doesn't leave you without a plan for pickup.
Chicago and the surrounding suburbs are obviously fine, as is general travel within Illinois and reasonable interstate trips. If your long-term rental involves a lot of driving outside the immediate area — or you're thinking about crossing into Canada or Mexico — mention it in your quote request so we can confirm it fits our Rental Policy before you commit to anything. We don't currently support one-way rentals with a different return location than pickup.
To be upfront about how billing actually works: a $200 reservation deposit confirms the booking, and the remaining trip balance is invoiced before your pickup date — we don't currently offer installment or true monthly billing during the rental itself. For a stay of several weeks or longer, that means a larger lump sum due upfront rather than spread across the rental period. If that doesn't work for your situation, say so in your quote request and we'll see what we can work out.
